The collaboration brings together OTU Medical Inc’s platform technology in cystoscopy and KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG (KARL STORZ) ’s worldwide distribution capabilities. The partnership will provide KARL STORZ with OTU Medical Inc. (“OTU”)’s single use cystoscopes worldwide.
